PSYCHIATRY DUTIES
(04-07-2023 to18-07-2023)

1. Learnt how to take History in Psychiatry
2. Seen a case of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
3. Seen a case of Moderate depression
4. Seen a case of Cannabis induced psychosis
5. Seen case of Alcohol dependent syndrome and Tobacco dependent syndrome

During unit duty : 
In Unit postings I have seen cases and done blogs of those cases. I have also created the PaJR Groups for those patients and Communicated With patient 
Monitored Blood transfusion and KCL infusion For patients
Inserted Foley's catheter twice and tried inserting twice
Took multiple blood samples
Took ABGs (once femoral, once when the patient was in casualty)

During ICU duty  :
1. Monitored vitals of the patients hrly
2. Watched 1 central line procedure
3. Inserted a cannula for a patient 
4. Took venous blood samples of patients
5. Took ABG

During Nephrology duty  : 
Known the Importance of Dialysis  in CKD patients
Monitored the Patients Undergoing Dialysis
Assisted in Central line insertions and Have done Central line suturing 
Have come to know the indiactions of Haemodialysis other than CKD 
Typed and printed discharge summaries
